Decent location for accessing the Archives, providing a convenient spot for my trip. The loft-style layout of the room offered a unique experience with some character not often found in standard hotels.

Room inadequate for two. shared bathroom on the top floor cramped. Facilities showed wear, needing thorough cleaning—dust-coated skirting boards and unpleasant restroom conditions detracted from comfort. the atmosphere felt strained due to early checkout demands and limitations on breakfast availability.

The culinary scene nearby is a gem! I had some wonderful homemade pizza at The Greyhound and a delightful brunch at Sift Bakes & Brews. The room was spacious, the host Chris was friendly, and breakfast was plentiful, making for a solid start to my days.

But the security situation was a bit dodgy. My top-floor room lacked a lock, and I returned from a night out to find the door wide open. No issues this time, but that’s not the vibe you want on a trip. Felt a bit uneasy at night.

Really cozy spot with friendly vibes!

I had a lovely stay here! The room was cute, all snug in the loft with some cool skylights. The breakfasts were nice too, especially the fresh fruit! Only bummer was the shared toilet could get busy at times. But honestly, the owners really make you feel at home, and it's super close to the tube.

had a blast stayin here! chris and shirley are super nice and made me feel right at home. location is perf for kew gardens. breakfast was delish, kept me going all day! nice quiet streets for walkin back at night too.

only thing is the shared toilet got busy sometimes, & it was a bit warm during my stay.
